The Design/Build concept means that a single company takes responsibility of a complete project, creating and managing both design and construction aspects.

The team concept brings together all those involved at the beginning of the project. Whitebirch Construction Design + Build works together to develop mutual solutions for the project’s needs. Communication between the designer and builder occurs from day one. The Designer is able to discuss an idea with the builder before it goes on paper, and in turn, builders can add “in the field” efficiencies to the design.  With Whitebirch Construction you work with our in-house Interior Designer as a complimentary service saving you time and money.
Jered Sambuceto has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry.
His work in the trades began as an Apprentice Plumber. Jered has now run (and continues to run) a successful plumbing company for the last 7 years in the Wenatchee Valley. Over the years, construction became as much of a passion for Jered as his plumbing pursuits. Creative solutions and quality execution have always been priority one and Jered is committed to providing the finest quality, craftsmanship and customer service that his clients deserve.  After years of chasing his dream of owning his own construction company, he and his wife Erika (an Interior Designer) decided to merge passions and form Whitebirch Construction Design + Build.  For fun, he enjoys paddle boarding, carving the slopes of Mission Ridge with his snowboard, and mountain biking.

Erika, Whitebirch's Designer, holds a degree in Interior Design.  Her passions for design began at a young age scouring over house plans and jobsite visits with her Father who ran a construction company.  Following her degree she worked in Scottsdale, Arizona for a design firm and was inspired by the architecture and designs of the Southwest.  After moving back to the Northwest, she continued to pursue her passions in design as a draftsperson furthering her knowledge of not only architecture, but construction as well.  Her emphasis on innovation and aesthetics is expertly balanced against her desire to create spaces that are unobtrusive and long lasting. Her unique blend of form and function has been the guiding principle behind her design work over the years.  When not immersed in the world of design, Erika enjoys the outdoors, traveling, music and catching bugs with her two boys.
